Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Super Video Downloader (the "Service").

Installing the Chrome extension enables the Service features.

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Pretending to be another user
  • Using the Service for purposes other than its intended use
  • Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces
  • Other actions we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Copyright)

Users are responsible for complying with copyright law and other applicable laws when downloading videos through the Service.

Downloading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited by law.

Even private use may infringe copyright.

We assume no responsibility for copyright infringement by users.

Article 5 (Service Suspension)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following occur.

  • Maintenance or updates of the Service computer systems
  • Force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • Suspension of computers or communication lines due to accidents

We are not responsible for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the Service.
