Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Super Video Downloader (the "Service").

Users agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service can be used without a registration process.

Installing the Chrome extension enables the Service features.

When using the Service, users must not engage in the following actions.

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests
Downloading copyrighted works without permission beyond the scope of private use
Excessively loading the Service’s networks or systems
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
Unauthorized access or attempts to access
Collecting or storing personal information about other users
Using the Service for unlawful purposes
Causing disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
Pretending to be another user
Using the Service for purposes other than its intended use
Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces
Other actions we deem inappropriate

Users are responsible for complying with copyright law and other applicable laws when downloading videos through the Service.

Downloading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited by law.

Even private use may infringe copyright.

We assume no responsibility for copyright infringement by users.

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following occur.

Maintenance or updates of the Service computer systems
Force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
Suspension of computers or communication lines due to accidents
Other situations in which we determine that providing the Service is difficult

We are not responsible for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the Service.

We may restrict the user’s access to all or part of the Service without notice if the user falls under any of the following.

We are not liable for any damage caused by actions taken under this article.

We are not responsible for transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between users or third parties through the Service.

We are not liable for any damage incurred by users from using the Service.

In the event of disputes regarding the Service, the courts where we are located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
